I'm gonna do it

Well, this Friday, I am going to put this old house on the market and see what I can get for it. Yes, I know this may not be the best time for it, but now I am just 'testing the waters' so to speak. The house has been good to me. This is my first home . I bought it back in February of 1997. Yes, when I live in houses, I have a tendency to stay for a long time. I really want to sell this one and then I am ready for an upgrade! I have been in this one for 13 years. I have no mortgage, and when I upgrade, I willl have one. Just the thought of getting a bigger home excites me. After I sell this one, of course.
